The three movements of the sonata bear titles, which are more characterizations than tempo indications: "con bizzarria" - a bizarre piece, "Languidam" - "wistfully demanding" and "Finale of Chiapo" - remembers "with a certain whistle". The editors endeavored to create a well-playable set, orientated to the stylistic form.
